Fueling Local Sport - Deloraine 2000 Club Southwest Voucher Raffle

I. Ticket Details

A. Ticket Prices

● 1 for $20.00

● 3 for $50.00

● 8 for $100.00

B. Draw Date, Time & Location

The draw will take place on December 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Deloraine, MB (R0M 0M0).

C. Prize

● $35,000.00 voucher for use at Southwest Chev-Buick-GMC, or

● $25,000.00 cash payout

II. Method of Draw

The draw will be conducted using an approved Raffle Nexus GLI-Certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

III. Elimination of Winners

Only one (1) draw will be conducted. No additional or subsequent draws will take place unless required under the Unclaimed Prize section.

IV. Age Requirement

Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age.

V. Conditions & Eligibility

● Participants must be physically located in Manitoba at the time of purchase.

● Tickets cannot be purchased or sold outside Manitoba.

VI. Restrictions & Winner Contact

● The organization is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect contact information entered at purchase.

● Winners are not required to be present at the draw.

VII. Unclaimed Prizes

Winners have 30 days from the draw date to claim the prize.

If unclaimed, the prize will be redrawn after this period.

VIII. Purchasing Tickets

Tickets may be purchased:
● Online, or
● In person through a Deloraine 2000 Club member with access to the online ticket system.

IX. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted by emailing: deloraine2000club@gmail.com.

All complaints will be reviewed by raffle administrators, who will take action if necessary.

X. Delay in Draw

If a delay occurs on draw day, every effort will be made to complete the draw as soon as possible.

If an alternate date is required, and once approved by LGCA Authority of Manitoba, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
